[FR] Support year range in call instead of just a modifier #13

Some games might be hard to call if there are 3 exact match games with 3 different years.

When calling the bot allow for [[gamename|year-year]]
Potential issues
Need to ensure the lowest and highest years are set properly in the search, regardless of the order in which they're called in the comment.
