This is a Phishing tool. Phishing is a type of hacking also called credential harvesting. It creates fake websites for victims to login which saves their login info which includes IP, User-Agent, Username and Password to a file in the computer running Blackeye. This tool has been there for Linux and even Android via Termux. I converted it to Windows.

IT SAYS THAT WINDOWS CAN'T FIND "PHP.EXE"

New version of blackeye has been released where this issue was solved.

To update your old version of blackeye, enter 40 in blackeye menu and press y when it ask you whether you want to check for updates or not.

This was caused because the zip file of the older version of php that is 8.0.6 being used was removed from the site. Now php has been updated to 8.0.9.
