🌟 Offline and Box Office Ticket Generation for Walk-in Customers #187

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We currently face challenges in efficiently managing ticket sales for offline points and box office purchases. The system requires individual email addresses and names for each ticket, which is impractical for walk-in customers. This process is time-consuming and creates bottlenecks at offline sales points and the box office, especially during peak times or last-minute sales.

Describe the solution you'd like We propose implementing a feature in the Admin Interface that allows for the creation of tickets and tiers specifically for offline sales points and box office purchases. This solution should:

  1. Enable bulk ticket generation without requiring individual email addresses or names
  2. Allow association of tickets with specific offline sales points or designate them for box office sales
  3. Provide an option to label these tickets as "Walk-in Customer" tickets
  4. Include customization options for different ticket tiers and quantities
  5. Integrate with the existing system for tracking and reporting purposes

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. Manual entry of generic email addresses and names for each walk-in customer, which is time-consuming and prone to errors
  2. Using a separate system for offline and box office sales, but this would complicate overall ticket management and reporting
  3. Pre-registering a set of generic customer profiles, but this approach lacks flexibility and doesn't solve the core issue

Additional context This feature would significantly improve our ability to handle various sales scenarios, including last-minute purchases and sales at partner locations. It would also enhance our reporting capabilities by providing a more accurate picture of sales across all channels. Implementation should consider integration with existing sales reports and ensure that these tickets can be easily identified and managed within the current system.

Great suggestion! I could see this working like check-in lists, where you can create multiple "box offices" and associate some or all tickets with that box office.

The UI could be very simple and allow for omitting all attendee data.
