maybe also a venmo / apple pay / zelle / cash app integration for smaller events would be interesting to see too!
Hi @natrius @gitmotion,
Stripe supports all the payment methods you've mentioned, and many more. However, I understand Stripe’s availability depends on the country of operation, so that might not be useful for you.
PayPal supports more countries than Stripe, so it might be a viable alternative. I’ll look into the complexity of integrating PayPal.
There is currently a event for OpenStreetMap thats an european one "State of the Map Europe" and the payment possibilities there look at this screenshot. I don't see Stripe there mentioned (its the first time seeing "PayU" as well, to be honest)
I would like to point out that its not possible to translate the shop to another language - its really annoying :D Translations are really important.
Stripe is not a payment method, it's like a payment backend... They are the ones that offer payment methods and handle them while not being a payment method themselves

I really admire your work! Please consider adding compatibility to use Omnipay to support more payment methods, just like when you did on Attendize 🙌
@natrius the stripe is payment gateway which will provide you one-stop solution to get access to all local and international payment methods, just checkout if stripe is available in your country or not from this Screenshot:
@natrius As I can see in your profile you are from Austria, you can check in Austria stripe provides these payment methods https://stripe.com/en-at/payments/payment-methods
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Where i'm from stripe is not used at all (as far as i know). So additional payment possibilities would be great.I'm from europe and i don't think anyone uses stripe here (at least i never heared of it). Most people use credit card, paypal or simply regular bank transfers beforehand.
Describe the solution you'd like
Describe alternatives you've considered
Additional context In some countries stripe isn't even available.
