I am trying to run HiFiLES on a supercomputer and to submit the job in Batch I will require essentially the mesh file, a journal file (which specifies the inputs), a file to set environments and a shell script that submits the job.
Has anybody done this before with HiFiLES? Any guidance would be appreciated.
