It gets really annoying to assign/modify boundary conditions in the mesh file, rather than in the input file. Need to change this - see https://github.com/JacobCrabill/FlurryPP/blob/master/src/geo.cpp for alternate version which assigns boundary conditions to arbitrarily-named boundaries in the mesh file.
