About the code of method HCE #1

Your work "CDMA" really impressed me. And I really appreciate that you have put your code on Github. I saw that in your comparisons, method HCE was also contained. I also read this paper and this paper really aligns weill with the work I am currently working on. Due to that there's no public code for this method, if possible, could you share the code for this paper with me? Thank you very much for considering my request, and I look forward to hearing from you soom.
