Closes #36

As stated by HiPhish in the issue, the fix already exists but it's not committed to the repo. I put this fix together for myself and other interested users while HiPhish is busy. So feel free to close.

Just as you had opened this PR I had pushed the use-children branch. Awkward timing. Anyway, we no longer need this PR now, so I'm closing it. Sorry for keeping everyone waiting for so long.
