siphon configuration on Iphone 4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install siphon with Cydia on Iphone 4
2. Go in Settings and click on Siphon icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see the configuration screen. I see a blank (well grey) screen with 
Siphon as title.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon 2.2.0 on Ios 4.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
This problem prevents to configure and use Siphone on Iphone 4

I have experiencing the same problem on my iphone 4 which is running 4.1. 
Please advise if there is a resolution.
