Incompatibility with easy anvils #14

Rename button doesn't show up when used with easy anvils

Hi! I have the same error. The mod interface does not appear when Easy Anvils is installed (and reappears when Easy Anvils is uninstalled). Here are the versions I use:

Easy Anvils version : [FABRIC] [1.19.4] EasyAnvils-v6.0.0 RP Renames version : RP Renames 0.4.0.3-1.19.4

Fabric version : 0.14.21 Fabric API version: [1.19.4] Fabric API 0.83.0+1.19.4 Minecraft version: 1.19.4

I don't see anything weird in the logs. Thanks for your help! (and thanks again, the mod is very useful!)

Hi there! I am not sure if this incompatibility report is still being solved(after 5 month, lol), but I will add some info from myself here too while it still is open. Hopefully it will be useful.

On 1.20.1 it simply crashes the game while opening anvil interface. If lucky, you can even see 1 frame of interface itself, where there is no "book" from RP Renames appearing. Crash code "-1" with message that states: "The game crashed whilst ticking screen Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "net.minecraft.class_342.method_1865()" because "this.searchField" is null"

The problem disappeared after removing the Easy Anvils mod and vice versa. I've attached a crash report to this post, but I have too big of a modpack, so if something else can trigger an interface crash too - that would be funny. Still, mod itself works fine with all other mods from my modpack and I will continue to use it without Easy Anvils for now. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

On minecraft 1.20.4 it crashes when opening an anvil with Easy Anvils installed as well
