I want a documented process for adding a new research project with access to one or more studies, and new or existing users
so that I can delegate work to less senior staff, and demonstrate that we have the right Governance checks in place for controlling access
Add clarification that new project means new AWS account - follow the deployment guide & then point to SWB (create just one project) and the rest is SWB operational guidance to point to
