the workspace_backup/setup.py requires a README.md file https://github.com/HicResearch/TREEHOOSE/blob/ec323b70b2add7607d9479f1c90e66ef9583634a/src/components/workspace_backup/setup.py#L3-L4 but this is missing. Workaround is to create an empty README.md file in the same directory
