HIC logo is the header and page number in the footer?

Request is to add the ability for a deployment specific logo to be read out of the db and written into the word doc in header/footer. Alternatively some solution involving mailmerge / fileds and user supplied word template would probably work

This is going to involve deep diving into DocX word doc manipulation and storage of the image bitmap. Quite hard.
