Magnet chests not working with build 800 #479

One of my members noticed this issue on all of his magnet chests after I updated to build 800.

I am running craftbukkit-1.4.6-R0.2 and LWC build 800, as the previous builds available were throwing an error, and not actually protecting chests. No error is present in the log when the magnet chests are setup, yet they also tell the player that flag is being applied. The magnet effect just isn't working.

This is 3 years old. Nothing is here. This needs to be updated like seriously.
