Anyone can open locked chests #791

Hi, I am having a problem with LWC, where anyone can open locked chests, even if they do not have permission.

When someone opens a chest thats not theirs, it says the chest is locked with a spell but the chest is still unlocked. Permissions are correct--just lwc.protect in members.

I also tried deleting the plugin and starting fresh with it, but the problem persists

Using bukkit 1.7.2 R0.2 Beta Using LWC 4.4.0

I'm not able to reproduce it. Is there maybe another plugin that is interfering?
