Tweakeroo Compatibility #7

My transmogs do not render only while also installed with Tweakeroo. I've tried playing with settings and can't find one that seems conflicting. Would this be something that could be made to be compatible? This is on 1.20.4

Just wanted to add, I realized today that this is only a first person issue and it does appear correctly in third person
