Add dbt-ibis to the Packages section #70

With dbt-ibis you can write your dbt models using Ibis. For more information, see the documentation at https://github.com/binste/dbt-ibis. I'm the creator of this package and am using it in production with a mid-sized enterprise DWH. Hope this is useful to other people as well!
