Description:

This pull request implements the functionality for managing comments within the application. The following changes have been made:

1. Comment Functionality:

Added components to the frontend for users to create and view comments.
Implemented features to allow users to update and delete their comments.

2. API Requests:

Established API requests to the server for managing comments:
- Create Comment: Sends a request to create a new comment.
- Fetch Comments: Retrieves comments associated with a particular destination.
- Update Comment: Sends a request to update an existing comment.
- Delete Comment: Sends a request to delete a specific comment.

3. Validation and Error Handling:

Implemented input validation to ensure comments meet the required criteria before submission.
Added error handling for all API requests to manage any issues that arise during communication with the server.

Other Changes

1. Navbar - Made the navbar mobile responsive, to make it easier for other devices other than desktop to access the website with no problems
