I'm not receiving them. It seems that if I just send one or two a day,
there's no problem. No other google app scripts that I know of! I'll be
more careful not to schedule a bunch at the very same time in the future.
Think that's all it was?

Hello Courtenay,
The service invoked error message usually has more to do with trigger setting
(eg. 1 minute, 5 minutes) than the actual number of emails that you're sending.
I would suggest, as you have already done, to switch the trigger to every 5
minutes but not limit your email sending because of this.
The quota limits are enforced on a sliding 24 hour window, so you might have
seen the errors continue for a day even after switching to 5 minute trigger.
