Display part comments for current revision #45

[ ] Limit comments displayed to only comments that were made since the most previous revision
[ ] Button to optionally display all comments across all revisions of part for historical spelunking.

Maybe there should be an option for the owner of the content being revised that when they revise it they can "keep comment stream showing". Like if they just add a period or change spelling or something they wouldn't necessarily want that comment stream going into the comment archive. Just throwing that out there...

I could see something like the following:

As a project owner, I click edit, the part becomes editable. I make my edits, blah blah blah... Nearby the save button there is a checkbox that says, "don't publish revision" (or some other copy indicating it's a minor change)

Like you said, I think that would prevent relevant comments from being brought out of focus when making a minor change.

@Taeben10 That said, I think that functionality is separate from this. Can you make an issue for it? :)

Comments are now archivable. I think this is a non-issue. Reopen if disagree.
