MySQL missing table error on first load after upgrade #183

Also after upgrading, first refresh produces error because the tables are not yet created when the check is run. Subsequent page loads are fine, but may be something to look into https://a.cl.ly/mXuAOPlW (FYI Query Monitor plugin is awesome)
