In principle this is sorted by adding GxE to trait definition via SimParamBee, so any GxE at individual level will percolate to colony level too!

What about gee slot at colony level like we have at the caste/population level?

I think we should just create some examples (another vignette) where we show addition of dominance, epistasis, and GxE.

I think this would be nice in conjunction with #448

One might think that we need #432 , but we just need to show how these non-additive genetic effects and GxE affect genetic and phenotypic values so all would be possible even before we do anything about #432
