Recurrent: Revise the opened issue links in the code

Sometimes, we put a link to GitHub issues into code to remind ourselves what to do in that particular code context. Often we forget to remove such links once the issue is closed. Here is the current state to remind us to remove these links.

This issue will likely stay open indefinitely as it is a recurring task.
