@janaobsteter please have a look, but I think this is a safe merge into devel and then into main ;) I rest my case with these. Looks like we are fully ready for paper submission (or we need to sort the on-line docs versino)?

@gregorgorjanc , I've left a couple of comments, only minor things. I think we are ready for the submission as soon as SIMplyBee gets on CRAN! I don't think we have to wory about documents on the website - it's up and running and everything will be sorted out before it goes to the reviewers :)
