Do we have it listed in a file that omits it’s inclusion in CRAN submission?

All vignettes are on website but still need to update CRAN

The vignette is indeed parsed and available at https://www.simplybee.info/articles/F_Quantitative_Genetics.html. I will leave this issue open just so that we are vigilant if this vignette will really appear on CRAN - it should.
