Move to using new AlphaSimR::Pop@misc organisation #578

As discussed in https://github.com/gaynorr/AlphaSimR/issues/107 and proposed in https://github.com/gaynorr/AlphaSimR/pull/168 we hopefully will move to node x ind misc organisation, which will make things much faster and simpler and we will have to addapt the SIMplyBee code using set/getMisc().

The above pull request to change Pop@misc slot from ind-times-node to node-times-ind has now been merged in AlphaSimR devel branch. It will take some time that this gets published on CRAN. When it does, we should address this issue and update requirement for AlphaSimR in SIMplyBee. This will contribute somewhat to speeding up SIMplyBee.
