The 48h run limit #36

Currently, we can only run snakemake from the qlogin, which has a 48h limit. I emailed the IT people and they replied that they can potentially arrange access to a less restricted Roslin node. Still waiting to hear more from them.

Soved. We can now access "wild-west nodes" which allow longer running time for the screen mode.
