• this is to address #66
• Bee Test Data set included in repo
• config files adjusted so the pipeline runs on the Bee Test data
  • this is set up so it works for me, @hannesbecher
  • I understand that's not a problem because @janaobsteter and @gmafrafortuna use their own config files ATM, right?
  • I will update this in the future to make it easier to change, see #60
• ancestral inference and VCF wrangling now happens inside the work dir in {PROJECT}/VCF
  • This means the original data folder is not changed.
• worker (o_dir) is now implemented, fixing #52

All paths in the config files are now relative to the input path (vcc_dir) as suggested in #60
