This removes a bunch of copyright headers that got accidentally added. I started with our internal ReSharper dotsettings file, and while I explicitly remember removing all the Copyright, Estream, and Enterprise langauge from that file, apparently I failed to commit that change, or lost it in a merge.
I am TERRIBLY sorry. Feel free to punish me by rolling back master and doing a force push, and I'll re-submit if you like. The wisdom of that approach is, of course, completely up to you.
