Language Switcher widget #16

I know that AwesomeWM have Language layout widget, but customization and keybinding is weird.

this is not something i will try make since my keyboard layout is through ibus which provides its own systray icon for it. i will however gladly accept a pull request if someone did make a widget that could be just included in the config :)
