Automatically builds and uploads packaged assets upon release via tags and goreleaser.

Working tested, see results on https://github.com/digitalsparky/quickpassthrough/actions/workflows/release.yaml

Feel free to edit or mess with at will.

Builds binary and runs UPX with best compression, resulting in a binary of 1.85MB
