How can I change the file name of tblastn output-file from "fate_search_tblastn.out.out"?

Sorry, the file name cannot be changed from fate command. It is automatically named as 'fatesearch{engine}.out'. When the file with the same name already exists, it is overwritten. If you would like to keep the file, please change the name manually before executing fate. (e.g. mv)
