This should be happening. if the user has no connection. It should not allow him to go the web. There must be some call the let him to go to Siva Browser 2019_01_25_16_09_25 2019_01_25_19_16_10

Fixed: with ping the server right of global nav for any attempt to go to module required the internet, Not available, issue a Toast "Connection Required"
