Implement the new design for the item location page as shown above. The mobile view won't change but the desktop one will change a lot.

The design is hard to grow or shrink horizontally. Catering for users with narrow browsers or wide monitors will be hard.
The fluid/non-aligned positions used by the arrows and their targets is tricky to implement using relative units.

This will require solving #27 because the current assets are too heavy for web usage. I've been working with placeholders.
