[Marker.io] difficult to see menus on privacy and terms page when the user scrolls down

Steps to reproduce: 1) go to privacy policy or terms page 2) scroll down a bit and notice the menus in navigation

Actual result: they remain in white and are difficult to read

Expected result: user should be able to read these menus. similar issue was there on other pages. same fix needs to be applied on these pages.
