Steps to reproduce: Scroll through Values on about us page
Actual result: As you scroll down you go past the values main paragraph and then that disappears and you scroll past the values cards.
Expected result: the values card scroll through next to the main Our Values paragraph like the background is static and the cards are scrolling through.
