[Marker.io] mobile/tablet : navigational arrows are missing in latest news section on news article pages #38

Steps to reproduce: 1) open site in mobile or tablet 2) click on any news article tile 3) scroll down to latest news section 4) compare with desktop

Actual result: navigational arrows are missing which are present on desktop

Expected result: if this is intentional, we can ignore else this needs to be fixed.
