[Marker.io] issues related to filters on case studies page

Steps to reproduce: 1) go to https://carbn-stg.webflow.io/case-studies 2) notice that some articles have "technology" as tags 3) click "Tech" in the filters 4) notice that some tiles have "vehicle" as tag and in the filters we have "carshare"

Actual result: 1) no results are shown when "tech" is selected in the filters. this might be because the tag is "technology" on tiles but filter value is "tech". 2) "vehicle" tag is used whichis not present in filters

Expected result: filters and tags should be setup correctly .
