[Marker.io] Tablet: no space between tag and the arrow icon

Steps to reproduce: 1) open case studies page in tablet 2) scroll down and notice the 2nd tile in 2nd row

Actual result: no space between arrow and tags

Expected result: some space should be there

Also observed on browser stack iPad Pro 12.9.2021,safari 17 , portrait mode
