[Marker.io] mobile- member modal on about ys page and the enquire form do not open at the top when the scrolls down on it, closes them and opens again

Steps to reproduce: 1) go to about us page on mobiles 2) scroll down and click on any member photo 3) scroll down on the modal and close it 4) again click on photo to open it again 5) notice the modal 6) close the modal and scroll down, click on talk to expert 7) repeat step 3 8) again open the enquire form and notice it

Actual result: it does not open at the top and users have to scroll up in order to see the top of it

Expected result: it should open at the top
