[Marker.io] gap between the footer links and the carbn logo at the bottom looks big on higher resolutions

Steps to reproduce: 1) open site in higher resolutions 2) scroll down to the footer 3) notice the gap between footer links and the carbn logo at the bottom

Actual result: gap seems quite big

Expected result: if possible, this needs to be improved. or if we are ok with this, we can ignore it.
