Footer and Homepage bug and design fix #318

Navbar elements improved the hover effect and added animations. Overall size. Changed the color of the word "Future" to make it look appealing. Added interactions in the About section and fixed the size of elements. Fixed the footer section bug and improved the UI. Enhanced interactions. Improved icon hover effect. fixes #290
