Better Text Hover Effect to Navbar Elements

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When we hover over elements like Home, Open Source, and About Us in the navbar, there is currently no visual indication or interactive feedback to engage users. This lack of visual feedback can make the navigation experience feel static and less engaging. By adding a better text hover effect to these elements, we can enhance the user experience by providing a visually appealing and interactive feedback that highlights the active element and encourages user interaction.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have a solution where the line that opens up when hovering over elements in the navbar, such as Home, Open Source, and About Us, starts from the middle'
