Add Legal Information to Footer

Describe the bug

The footer currently lacks essential legal information, which is important for compliance and transparency. We need to include relevant legal text in the footer to meet legal requirements and provide users with necessary information.

Expected behavior

Legal information (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer) is clearly displayed in the footer. Links to legal documents are functional and easily accessible. The design is consistent with the overall footer style and meets accessibility standards.
