Implementation of Quick links in footer scetion

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The quick links provided in the footer section are not working. So I want to implement them which improves look and feel of the website.

Describe the solution you'd like I will make websites home page design which will have specific cards related to specific link. And also I will link these websites to their respective quick link in the footer section.
