Email Validation in Review form is Missing

Describe the bug Currently, when users input an incorrect email format during review form submission, the system fails to provide any error message indicating the issue. This lack of feedback leaves users confused about why their submission attempts are unsuccessful, leading to frustration and potentially resulting in abandonment of the review process. To improve user experience, it is essential to implement error handling that notifies users of incorrect email format input during review form submission.

Expected behavior If user enters wrong form of email it should display an alert box. If user completed successfully it should display success message.
