[Bug]: Proper Responsive Navbar #662

Is there an existing issue for this?

[X] I have searched the existing issues

Describe the bug

The navbar is not properly responsive for all devices and dimensions.

Faqs, contact us are overlapping with each other and even the search bar is not responsive

The logo is getting hidden behind the sidebar

Expected behavior

The navbar should be responsive for all devices
