Make sample swift app for Noter ai

checkout branch using:

git fetch origin
git checkout flutter-app

if this doesn't work,

use 

git switch flutter-app

Hi @chetanr25 , from basic app I meant application for Android and windows, with auth, dashboard and all other pages except editor, as we need to create it's package from scratch
