Timed interrupt fatfs

Lots of automatic reformatting has happened, ignore most changes as the code structure hasn't changed.

Changes that have been made:

• Timed_interrupt_fatfs app added to scenario_apps
• Seeed_sample app added to scenario_apps
• i2c_slave_app added to scenario_apps

Pull this branch locally, then within the makefile, update the APP_TYPE to desired app to run.

Timed_interrupt_fatfs requires an SDcard to be inserted to the device in order to run.
