lithtech .ltb error #303

hi, i have some problem with lithtech .ltb to .obj i used noesis fmt_LithTech_ltb plugin. but, the error massage has occurred.

Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Users\song\Desktop\Noesis\plugins\python\fmt_LithTech_ltb.py", line 35, in noepyLoadModel mdl = rapi.rpgConstructModel() RuntimeError: Failed to construct model from rpgeo context.

what is the problem? sorry for my english
